Why the Injustice against Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky? Malam Sanusi Koki Asked!

Members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria came out to voice out their grievances on the continued detention of their leader Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) today Friday 24th March, 2017 after the Friday prayers, in Kano.

The peaceful protest is led by Malam Sunusi AbdulKadir Koki from Fagge Friday mosque marched along Ibrahim Taiwo road and ending at Bello road roundabout  with protesters carrying placards, issuing press release and calling for the unconditional release of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) whose health condition is deteriorating. Mal Sunusi after the protest march reiterated the call on the government of President Muhammad Buhari to obey court order and  release Sheikh Zakzaky in a short speech.

Sheikh Zakzaky, his wife Malama Zeenatuddeen Ibrahim and many of his followers have being in detention in many Nigerian Prisons after the December 12-14th, 2015 Nigerian Army Zaria massacre on members of IMN on the pretext of road blockading the Nigerian chief of army staff Gen Tukur Buratai. The massacre have resulted in close to 1000 followers being killed by heavy gun artillery, burning children less than two years, youth and old alike , and others have not been traced.
