The Director General of Nigerian Security Service alias known as DSS, Lawal Musa Daura has ordered the seizure of Sheikh Zakzaky's mobile phone on Wednesday evening. The mobile phone has served as Sheikh Zakzaky's lone means of communication. This is not coming as a surprise to the members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria and other people of conscience around the world; for this development is unfolding following a fake news carrying the alleged news of Sheikh Zakzaky's death published by a Hausa news medium, RARIYA which was later extended to other blogs.

Today is the third day of ongoing peaceful protests in Abuja demanding the immediate and unconstitutional release of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H), like in the previous days today also the Nigerian police have attacked the peaceful protest with teargas and later fired bullets on the peaceful protesters. They also arrested many members of the movement including women and children.
One brother attained martyrdom and many were injured.

From a rare visit to our Leader Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, it has been confirmed to us that his health has suffered a severe knock in the past two days, such that he is critically ill and in urgent need of the best medical attention possible. We have seen this coming because of his age – almost clocking 67 years old, and the several gunshots wounds he sustained during the murderous attack on his home by the military in December, 2015.
