Imam Hassan's peace treaty was 100% based on logical reasoning, impossible to infringe

Regarding the issue of Imam Hassan’s (pbuh) peace treaty, we have mentioned several times and books have been written that under the same conditions, anyone—even the Commander of the Faithful (pbuh)—would not have done anything differently, but exactly what Imam Hassan did. No one can say that a fraction of Imam Hassan’s (pbuh) actions were questionable. No, what His Majesty did, is one hundred percent accurate based on irrefutable, logical arguments.
Among the linage of the Prophet Muhammad (saw), who is the most enthusiastic? Who gained the most in life from his martyrdom? Who was the most courageous in protecting the religion against the enemy? It was Hussain Ibn Ali (pbuh). Imam Hussain Ibn Ali and Imam Hassan (pbut) accompanied one another on the peace treaty. The peace treaty was not realized by Imam Hassan alone; Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain both had a role in it; however, Imam Hassan was leading and Imam Hussain (pbut) devotedly followed him.
Imam Hussain (pbuh) was among defenders who acknowledged the concept of Imam Hassan’s peace treaty. Once in a private gathering, a close companion of the Imams (pbut) opposed Imam Hassan for the treaty, Imam Hussain silenced him. No one can ever claim that had it been Imam Hussain (pbuh) the peace treaty would have not been carried through. No. Imam Hussain accompanied Imam Hassan; and even if Imam Hassan (pbuh) was not in the picture and Imam Hussain was alone, he would have done the exact same thing under the same conditions.
The peace treaty had its own reasons, and there was no other option, and no means to do otherwise. That day, martyrdom was not plausible. The Late Sheikh Radi Al-Yasin (May God be pleased with him) wrote in his book "Ṣulḥ al-Ḥasan" (Imam Hassan's peace treaty), which I translated into Farsi and published twenty years ago, proves that there was no room for martyrdom. Not every manner of death can be regarded as martyrdom; getting killed under special conditions grants martyrdom. At that time, the required conditions weren’t met; and if Imam Hassan (as) was murdered on that day, he would not be considered a martyr. It was impossible for anyone, under those conditions, to take appropriate action, get killed, and become a martyr by sacrificing his own life.
