Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky and Nigerian dictator Buhari

Nigeria is witnessing that ugly metamorphosis in their incumbent president. Muhammadu Buhari is asserting himself, though, as an unreconstructed tyrant. An older version of the military dictator he used to be.

Since his return to power, Buhari has made a duty of going to United Nations General Assembly and openly express support for the independence quests of the peoples of Western Sahara and Palestine, he casts the disaffected Nigerians interrogating the British bequest called Nigeria as rebels craving for war: He calls them malcontents worthy of extermination.

The unconscious president of Nigeria, whose true health status is been concealed, failed to utter a word either in condemnation of or sympathize with the families of the over 1,000 victims of the historic Zaria Massacre.

Zaria Massacre which occurred in December 2015 would continue to be a national disaster, and a topic of discussion in the history of our dear country. Some persons would be subjects of lamentation and curse, while the names of victims of the massacre would be celebrated.

1st Annual Conference in honour of our Martyrs and a review of the Aftermath of Zaria Massacre’ Gentlemen of the press: The incident of 12 December 2015, which is known as the Zaria massacre is a disaster to humanity, as well as a disaster to the federal republic of Nigeria. It was a daylight massacre committed by men of the Nigerian army, without any constitutional or legal justification. There is no iota of doubt that the incident of Zaria Massacre was engineered by some foreign mercenaries with the intention of suppressing the Islamic movement in Nigeria, led by Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky.

Stop Beating Around The Bush Mr President; Obey Court Order To Free Sheikh Zakzaky

In his New Year message to Nigerians, President Muhammadu Buhari, made an unusual call to those he termed the Shia community, whom he referred to as his “brothers and sisters.” We note the leap in his outlook of the IMN from his infamous “state within a state” gaffe in his maiden Presidential speech to “our brothers and sisters of the Shia Community” all within one year. This is a remarkable feat considering the snail speed his administration has come to be characterized with.

Zaria massacre was indeed a grand annihilation agenda targeted against members of Islamic movement in Nigeria under the leadership of Sheik Ibrahim Zakzaky. It came out clearly as a Wahabi aided attempt to completely wipe out shias and by extension the love of Ahlul bayt (prophet's family) from Nigerian soil. But the plan failed woefully now and will fail again in the future to come. On the 12th, 13th and 14th December 2016, the world witnessed a barbaric act so these days remained sad days to all people of conscience! particularly IMN members.
