I have observed from some newspaper editorials and features how the Kaduna state Governor Nasir El-Rufai has been praised for setting up the Judicial Commission of Inquiry JCI while also called upon to implement the whitepaper thereafter.
What I am more concerned about is whether the governor El-Rufai is worthy of the praises judging by the role he played in the massacre.

It has come to our cognizance that, the Hausa version of the website and social media timeline of the British Broadcasting Corporation popularly known as BBC has published a news with the heading, "Islamic Republic of Iran has Executed 20 Sunni Muslims".
The report stated that, authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran declared execution on the 20 Sunni prison inmates following an indictment they were fond of.
Having gone through the executive summary of the Judicial Commission (JUDCOM) of Inquiry into the Zaria massacre one cannot but reject the report as absurd, biased & unacceptable. The report essentially blamed the victims when their own side of the story was never heard. This is absurdity taken to new heights. The report even went as far as to ‘indict’ Shaikh Zakzaky without hearing his side of the story. This must be a new peak of injustice ever.

It is now glaringly clear, the assertion by the Islamic Movement in Nigeria IMN, that the Judicial Commission of Inquiry, JCI “sworn-in” by the Kaduna state government to inquire into the December 2015 Zaria massacre was a plan to not only to soften the crime against humanity committed by its perpetrators but to also indict the IMN and its leadership.
Going through the report submitted by the commission to the Kaduna state Governor Nasir El-Rufai as recently made public, one would have no reason to doubt the earlier assertion by the IMN.
