In an interview with the media, Imam Khamenei's deputy representative in Qazvin province of Iran said: “The Nigerian government has tortured Sheikh Zakzaky in the most inhumane way, they are trying to end his life the same way Saudi regime did to Sheikh al-Nimr, therefore Islamic scholars must not keep silent.”
Noting the current physical problems of Sheikh Zakzaky, Mr. Ma’boudi said: “This great scholar spent all his lifetime to promote the teachings of the Ahlul-Bayt, he even sacrificed his children to do so and never surrendered.”

In the late 80’s when I was a kid, my father had a Volkswagen (Beetle), my dad usually took us to school together with my two elder sisters Amina and Aisha.
I hate coming late to school not because I liked the lessons, but whenever we arrived at the school premises, some trouble pupils will look through the window of their classes and make fun of my father’s cherished car.

Good morning ladies and gentlemen.
Peaceful protest was held today 24/07/2016 in Nigerian city of Kaduna by Brothers and sisters of the Islamic movement in Nigeria, The protesters demanding the immediate and unconditional release of the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H), his wife and hundreds of the detained members of the movement by the Nigerian government since 12/12/2015.
This week, close relations of Sheikh Ibraheem Yaqoub Zakzaky visited him where the Department of State Services (DSS) claimed he was being held in "protective custody" since the 14th day of December 2016.
From the report of the close relations, the health of our leader has deteriorated further. His left eye is in dire need of specialized medical attention. The Doctor assigned to the Sheikh has reportedly given up on getting it back to its normal state. His left arm where he sustained gunshot wounds is still demobilized and the wounds are yet to heal.
Below is an article written by Muhammad Ibraheem the only surviving son of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
There is a childhood memory that I have never been able to lose touch with, it is personal, intimately so, I do not like sharing it. But I feel that considering my current circumstances its best I share it, especially considering that in life I have lost almost all the things that constitute my reason for being. I have eventually lost, and it is very clear that I can lose anything else, all by the virtue of ending up as a Nigerian.

In the name of Allah who states "Glory be to Him Who made His servant to go on a night from the Sacred Mosque to the remote mosque of which We have blessed the precincts, so that We may show to him some of our signs; surely He is the Hearing, the Seeing" Q17:1
Peace and blessings be upon His chosen servant, our master Muhammad and his purified progeny.
Our attention was drawn to the leaked report presented by the Judicial commission of Inquiry established by Kaduna state government said to probe the cause of the clash between members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria under the guardianship of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) and the Nigerian army on 12th - 14th December, 2015.
I am not in the least surprised by the report of the Judicial Commission of Inquiry, JCI established by the Kaduna state Governor Nasir El-Rufai to investigate what the Governor and others mischievously described as “Army-Shi’ite clash” in Zaria even as the unarmed members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, IMN were brutally massacre by the Nigeria Army.
IHRC welcomes the recommendation of the judicial commission of inquiry into the massacre of hundreds of members of Nigeria's Islamic Movement last December that the general behind the savage attack be prosecuted.
The panel?s report, which was submitted to Kaduna state governor Nasir el-Rufai last Friday, is yet to be made public but it is reported to be highly damning of the General Officer Commanding the Nigerian Army?s 1st Division, Adeniyi Oyebade.
I have just read the fraudulent apologia of Dr. Jibril Ibrahim on the report of the commission of inquiry set up by the Kaduna state government which has just submitted its report. By the way, Dr. Ibrahim is a member of the Kaduna commission and for a long time, a notable rights activist. Since he did not submit a minority report, it is morally wrong to be writing on the so-called army/civilian clash.

“This Movement was not built to this level through abuses or compulsion or acts of brigandage, it can therefore not be defeated through such methods. It was built in divine wisdom, knowledge, conviction and good counsel. As a result, in over the 37 years of its existence people have come to accept it. If anyone has a better argument, he should present it to the people and let them choose.” -Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H)

The following is a comment i made on one of the various postings on social media depicting the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky as practicing what they call Zakzakism and not Shi'ism.
We are deeply concerned that the Military that waged a savage attack on the Islamic Movement in Nigeria under the leadership of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky in Zaria December last year is holding hundreds of our members in various detention facilities across the nation. We are reliably informed of the sinister move of some personnel in the Army to keep them in indefinite detention without trial. In the aftermath of the Military’s carnage in Zaria, news have been circulating that some brothers and sisters of the Islamic Movement have been abducted by the Military.
Hundreds have come out massively to mark the international Qud’s Day in Jalingo, Taraba state of Nigeria on Friday 26th Ramadan 1437 AH (1st July, 2016).
