Arbaeen Symbolic trekking from Kano axis reached Doruwar Sallau on the Second Day
Members of the Islamic movement in Nigeria participating in the ongoing Arbaeen symbolic trekking have on Friday 15th Safar 1437 reached Doruwar Sallau in the evening. The second day of the symbolic trekking was started from Kwanar Dawaki in the early hours of the day.
While in Kura, a suspected bomber was arrested with a round of bomb belt tied to his waist, after interrogation, the bomber confessed two of them were sent from Mubi to Sambisa and finally Gwammaja Quarters in Kano for a suicide mission to kill Shi’ites during the Arba’een trek. Just some minutes after the second bomber detonated the bomb among the trekkers.
Scores of Brothers and Sister, including children were martyred. The bomber was also dead, whose only remain was his chest and head.
After the incidence the mourners continued with the symbolic trekking reaching Daka Soye where Zuhrain prayers was conducted, from there to Doruwar Sallau.
