1st Annual Conference in honour of our Martyrs and a review of the Aftermath of Zaria Massacre’ Gentlemen of the press: The incident of 12 December 2015, which is known as the Zaria massacre is a disaster to humanity, as well as a disaster to the federal republic of Nigeria. It was a daylight massacre committed by men of the Nigerian army, without any constitutional or legal justification. There is no iota of doubt that the incident of Zaria Massacre was engineered by some foreign mercenaries with the intention of suppressing the Islamic movement in Nigeria, led by Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky.
Arrests of worshippers and leaders underway
Tens of members of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) have been rounded up as they attended gatherings in Kaduna city following a state-wide ban announced on the organisation last week.
According to the latest reports received by IHRC a group of 20 women were detained as they made their way to a mosque to commemorate the Islamic month of Muharram.
Given the ongoing bloody persecution of the IMN by the authorities there is genuine concern for those detained.
According to the decision membership of the organisation is illegal and carries a prison term of seven years and/or an unspecified fine.
The move is the latest in a series of measures designed to cripple the IMN and particularly to prevent it from staging peaceful mass demonstrations in support of its imprisoned leader, Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky.

Nigerian Government during different regimes have no mission other than to eliminate the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H) and wiping out his peaceful movement by all means. The agenda is been succeeded from one President to the other.
Many presidents have tried to accomplished that colonist mission but have failed. Some have got to the extent of imprisoning the Sheikh and killing some of his members, others have even killed his 3 biological sons.

We have been celebrating this great historic event of Islam for a long time. But this year the celebration comes amidst mourning.
Eidl Ghadeer is a greatest Eid in Islam which is intentionally hidden to most of the Ummah. It is annually celebrated on 18th Dhul_Hajj since the well known 'Farewell Hajj' by the holy Prophet of Islam Muhammad (S) where he appointed Ali (AS) as his successor conforming to the divine command of Allah (T).
